Refund rules for GorBandhan membership payments.

Digital Membership Service
GorBandhan membership is a digital matrimonial service. Once a plan is activated and benefits are used, the payment is generally non-refundable.
Refund Eligible Cases
- Duplicate payment for the same plan and same member account.
- Amount debited but subscription not activated due to technical failure.
- Payment captured incorrectly and verified by the payment gateway or support team.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Member changed mind after plan activation.
- Profile verification rejected due to false or incomplete information.
- Account suspended due to misuse, fraud, abusive conduct or policy violation.
- Expected match, marriage or response outcome was not achieved.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
How to Request Refund
Send payment ID, registered mobile/email, amount and reason to support@gorbandhan.online or submit a support ticket.
