We collect registration details, profile information, family details, education and career details, partner preferences, photos, documents, communication requests, payment and support information required to provide matrimonial services.
How We Use Information
Information is used for profile creation, verification, matchmaking, search, interest requests, contact or chat permissions, subscription management, payment processing, support and safety monitoring.
Privacy and Contact Protection
Mobile numbers, WhatsApp details, private address and relative contact details are not shown publicly. Access is controlled by profile privacy settings, approval workflow and membership plan rules.
Documents and Photos
Uploaded photos and documents are used for verification and moderation. They are accessible only to authorized users/admins as required for platform trust and safety.
Payments
Online payment information is processed through the selected payment gateway. GorBandhan does not store card, UPI PIN, CVV or banking passwords.
Data Sharing
We do not sell member personal data. Information may be shared only when required for service delivery, legal compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention or with the member's consent.
User Controls
Members can update profile details, change privacy settings, report misuse and request account support through the Contact or Support pages.
