Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation

Members may stop using paid services at any time. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already activated plan unless it falls under eligible refund cases.

Auto Renewal

Current GorBandhan plans are not auto-renewed unless explicitly enabled and accepted by the member. Renewal must be done by member action/payment.

Plan Expiry

After plan validity expires, premium benefits such as chat, contact view, photo view and feature limits may stop or return to Free Plan limits.

Account Closure

Members can permanently delete their account from the Gor Bandhan app or website. Limited de identified payment/security records may be retained only for legal, fraud prevention and accounting requirements.
